sorry i have not posted in awhile got in to a online mmo game and kind of lost my self in it but i am back now. so back to painting i am going to be working on all of my tanks getting them 100% done so i will keep you all up to date.

IG Update

Well, been a while and I must say, they're beginning to look like actual guardsman.I'll have a better update with pictures later. So far all I have done is my Basilisk and a few guardsmen. The deadline before the Apoc game probably won't be done so oh well. However, it will be a perfect chance to take some pictures to post on Sunday. As for now I'll be working on the command section of my IG so that they can show their shiny new uniforms. I will give you a heads up, the basilisk has had it Gun shield removed because it just doesn't seem to want to stay on and rather than make it look bad with a bunch of glue it's coming off. Besides, I think it looks a little more menacing this way. Bit 'll let you guys decide later.

First Timer!

Howdy Everyone! This is my first time painting miniatures and I'm definitely open to some criticism. For some background information I started dealing with the dark future of the 41st millenium with the original Dawn of War game before going into the roleplay's of DarkHeresy and Rogue Trader before moving onto to table top Warhammer 40k. The army that I have is Imperial Guard, I'm kind of making my own army based off of the Hyrkans from Dan Abnett's Gaunt's Ghost's novels. I'm using a mix of bits ranging from Catachan and Cadian models, the majority being Cadian torso's and Catachan/Cadian heads. I'll soon have some pictures up as soon as I get a model fully painted and find a useable camera.
